Archipelago Sailing
Luxury Adventure Sailing Cruise in Myanmar
6 day / 5 night sailing trip in the Mergui Archipelago

Imagine this: 800 remote islands, a national park, white beaches and indigenous people who roam the islands in dugout canoes. Only 1,700 visitors come here every year. That‘s an average of 2 per island. Per year...

The Mergui Archipelago is one of Asia‘s last island regions which remains virtually untouched. Be one of the first to visit this paradise.

Join us on the luxury classic two-masted sailing yacht to cruise through this beautiful world. Meta IV was made completely from Thai teak and designed by the famous naval architect Thomas E. Colvin. She measures over 25 meters in length and almost 6 meters in width.

After two years of intensive restoration work and refitting, Meta IV started her new life as a luxury charter vessel in the fall of 2012. She is nearly twice as long as the Santa Maria, the boat Christopher Columbus sailed to the Americas.

The yacht features 4 guest cabins, 6 bathrooms and 3 dining areas (inside and outside) - with so much space you could almost forget that you are actually spending your holiday on a yacht.

All cabins have electricity, fans and are fully air-conditioned for optimal temperature control. Cabins each have private bathrooms with showers and Western-style toilets. There is a generous dining area and kitchen in the galley. The spacious upper deck provides for two shaded dining and seating areas as well as the cockpit in the rear area and plenty of room for relaxing, sun-bathing or playing in the front and on the galley.

The yacht is crewed by her experienced skipper, a Myanmar guide and interpreter, a chef and a sailor. The ship is fully equipped with safety gear meeting international standards.
